Former Head Natural Gas SBU, East Zone, HPCL. He has experience in leading Marketing, Business Development, Projects & Operation. He has the unique blend of experience in Refinery Operation & Maintenance as well as in Marketing division of HPCL.
He has expertise in Energy Management studies in various industries, including Engineering, Chemical, Oi & Gas, Metals & Steel, Power Plants etc. Presently, Executive Coach in Energy Transition to Net Zero, Climate Change Management, Project Management, Natural Gas business & CGD Projects & Operation.
He is also into Management development programs, including talent transformation and upskilling to meet industry requirement. Handholding fresh graduates in developing multi-disciplinary skills to enhance employability.

His core area of competency is Project Management and project execution for major Engineering and construction projects in hydrocarbon Industry. He also has wide experience in Supply chain logistics / sourcing of Biomass required for Ethanol/ CBG projects. He also has experience in Plant operations: Lube oil blending and filling plant.
He possesses over 37 years of experience in the Hydrocarbon Industry. Has handled various portfolios and apt in dealing with third party consultants and stakeholders in Govt and Private boundaries. Familiar with various process in PSU operation. also have sizable knowledge in handling outside stakeholders like PESO, Factory Inspector, Pollution control boards, local Govt bodies, related to execution of project and Supply chain management.
Important assignment handled during his career includes execution of green field and brown field Engineering Project for various Hydrocarbon facilities like Oil Installation, Oil depots, LPG bottling plant and Lube oil blending plant. He has held position of Plant Manager, Regional Engineering Head and Regional Marketing Head in major Oil company. During his last few years as Executive Director of an Oil major company he was responsible for conceiving and construction of biofuel plant (2G and 1 G) and conceiving and guiding on CBG plant facilities. His area of interest is sustainable energy and waste to energy conversion.

Experienced Oil & Gas marketing professional with 40-year track record. Retired as Executive Director from HPCL, a Maharatna Oil Marketing Company. Notable achievements include Chairmanships in joint ventures and membership in Indo-Russia Gas task force by Ministry of Petroleum. Expertise in Natural Gas marketing, CGD entities, and Board roles. Skilled in acquisitions, portfolio growth, and strategic leadership.
During his illustrated career, he Headed the NG Business Unit of HPCL securing sourcing and developing NG portfolio of HPCL, Marketing of NG, turning the BU into profitable unit within shortest possible time. Securing 13 geographical areas thru CGD bidding rounds and developing CGD infrastructure. He also played key role in acquisition of equity stake and development of 5MMT LNG Regasification Terminal.
He has Served as Nominee Director on the Board of 7 Joint Venture companies of HPCL.
He has also held the position of Chairman in 3 HPCL joint ventures: Avantika Gas Limited, HP Oil Gas Private Limited and Bhagyanagar Gas Limited.
